Use of subtotal, group and ungroup tools in Excel 365
Subtotal: Quickly calculate rows of related data by inserting subtotals and totals.

Group: Group rows or columns, or automatically create the outline.
Ungroup: Unfroup a range of cells that were previously grouped.
