PPMT : Returns the payments on the principal for a given investment based on periodic, constant payments and a constant interest rate. IPMT: Returns the interest payment for a given period for a investment based on periodic, constant payments and a constant interest rate. NPER: Returns the number of periods for an investment based on periodic, constant payments and constant interests’ rate PV: Returns the present value of an investment. The total amount that a series of future payments is worth now. FV: Returns the future value of an investment based on periodic, constant payments and a constant interest rate.
